Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all interventions in the EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to strict infection control and safety regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits as required.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
- Demonstrated eligibility for US Visa Sponsorship (H-1B, TN, O-1, or J-1 visa holders preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
