Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed nurse practitioners.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient medical records accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on post-care instructions, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations with calmness and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or ability to obtain licensure via endorsement).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship is mandatory for this position.
