Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs with precision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or eligible for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for TN visa sponsorship program
