Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Perform basic lab tests and specimen processing
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare team for seamless care delivery
- Support front desk operations and appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Valid Tennessee MA license or ability to obtain
- Fluent in English (written/spoken)
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Open to visa sponsorship (H-1B/OPT candidates welcome)
- Strong communication and cultural adaptability skills
