Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units (ICU/ER/MedSurg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Adhere to JCAHO and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BSN degree (required) with 2+ years acute care experience
- Valid US Visa sponsorship eligibility (TN, H1B, or other)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required)
- Specialty certification preferred (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Ability to adapt to US healthcare systems
