Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable categories)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
