Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions, escalating care immediately when necessary.
- Document patient medical records accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all hospital safety standards, OSHA regulations, and nursing best practices.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (or equivalent international qualification with verification).
- Eligibility for U.S. Visa Sponsorship (e.g., NCLEX passed or in process).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong English proficiency (minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent) for effective communication.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
