Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Mentor new nursing staff and participate in clinical training programs
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
- Advocate for patient needs and maintain highest ethical standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (required)
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
