Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care through in-person and virtual telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using advanced EHR systems
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications via remote monitoring tools
- Document clinical notes accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in virtual case conferences and continuing education
- Maintain HIPAA compliance during all remote and inpatient interactions
- Provide patient education through secure video consultations
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (required, MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT/J1)
