Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care plans, outcomes, and changes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, health promotion, and recovery processes.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Eligibility for and willingness to participate in visa sponsorship programs (H1B, Green Card sponsorship, or equivalent).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
