Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms, and document all observations accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations while maintaining calm under pressure.
- Ensure the patient environment remains clean, safe, and conducive to healing.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree (ADN) with significant experience considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required for visa processing and patient communication.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship application processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
