Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned specialty unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient status and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and hospital standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT/J1)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
