Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
- Advocate for patient safety and comfort within the clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the state of Texas or a compact state.
- Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Eligibility to obtain or currently holding a US Work Visa (must be willing to sponsor).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
