Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Utilize telehealth and remote monitoring technologies to support patients in a hybrid capacity.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and educational training programs.
- Ensure a safe and healing environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain necessary US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, J1, or O1 visa holders).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, and hybrid healthcare environment.
