Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in our advanced medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Lead patient education initiatives and discharge planning coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical excellence programs
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Arizona license by endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- English language proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS scores if applicable)
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B or TN classification)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
