Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois (or eligible for immediate endorsement)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations
