Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations as needed.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or equivalent international license).
- BSN degree preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Previous experience with visa sponsorship is a significant plus.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA.
