Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and notify physicians of any significant changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or valid equivalent (CGFNS/NCLEX).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS required for international applicants).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
