Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and outcomes accurately.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Eligibility for Visa sponsorship (H-1B, J-1, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
