Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in acute care settings with focus on evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and care delivery using EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and NC Board of Nursing standards
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable visas)
