Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for patients.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments following strict medical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status to detect changes in health status.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligible for licensure).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo the Visa sponsorship application process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
