Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical history to ensure optimal care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care strategies.
- Document patient progress, symptoms, and reactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active RN license required (valid in New York or ability to obtain).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain US Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or Green Card sponsorship available).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
