Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and taking medical histories.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nursing care plan based on assessment and patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians in accordance with protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and document all care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care techniques.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and code blue activations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Must be willing to obtain Texas RN license if currently licensed in another state.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; BSN preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
