Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care using advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Mentor junior nursing staff on equipment usage
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required for visa applicants)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to operate medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, etc.)
