Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to any changes in clinical status.
- Document all patient interactions, care provided, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to all hospital safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or proof of eligibility for foreign credential evaluation.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
