Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care and assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) using provided tablets.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or valid nursing license from home country (we provide visa support).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be eligible for US work visa sponsorship or have a valid Green Card.
