Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to care, escalating issues to physicians immediately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Eligibility for US Visa Sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, or Transfer) required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required based on unit specialty.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
