Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in 24-bed oncology unit with advanced monitoring technology
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on complex care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR system
- Lead patient education sessions for chronic disease management
- Mentor new nurses through our structured onboarding program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years oncology nursing experience preferred
- BSN degree required (MSN candidates encouraged)
- ONCC chemotherapy certification within 90 days of hire
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced clinical environments
