Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and laws.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status, documenting changes and reporting concerns to physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and electronic health documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and home care instructions.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on patient safety.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship required for international applicants).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (New graduates may apply).
