Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, responding promptly to emergencies.
- Document patient history, care plans, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
