Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the facility.
- Education: Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Compliance: Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and state nursing regulations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active RN, LVN, or CNA license required. Foreign licenses must be verified/eligible for US equivalency.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or Green Card) or willing to transfer sponsorship.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with internships considered).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records and hospital software systems.
