Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any critical changes to the nursing leadership team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and post-care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital safety regulations and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Eligibility for and active participation in visa sponsorship programs (H-1B, J-1, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
