Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications with precision and care.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress accurately.
- Assist in emergency response situations and critical care interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligible for H-1B, O-1, or Green Card visa sponsorship.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
