Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop detailed, individualized care plans based on clinical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and recovery.
- Document patient progress, observations, and interventions accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and home care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with infection control policies.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates may be considered).
- Demonstrated proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective patient communication.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a compassionate approach.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to accept visa sponsorship if required.
