Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient health status and respond immediately to emergent medical situations.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and progress notes accurately in the EHR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider interdisciplinary team.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or equivalent international license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse patient populations.
