Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations in the unit.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with sponsorship).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Willingness and eligibility to work in the United States under Visa sponsorship programs.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- BSN degree is a plus but not mandatory.
