Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care instructions.
- Document patient care services in medical records in accordance with legal standards.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with code blue protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or Green Card).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
