Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with strict adherence to safety and legal guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes to physicians or charge nurses.
- Document patient history, care interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication management, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to prevent infections and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical nursing practice and patient safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to cultural competence and diversity in healthcare.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
