Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health maintenance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental training.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H-1B, Green Card, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
