Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or abnormalities to the nursing supervisor or physician immediately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and medical charts.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or valid foreign license with passing CGFNS/NCLEX.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing practice.
- Ability to obtain BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Eligibility for or willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
