Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing a comprehensive nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed healthcare providers.
- Monitor vital signs and patient response to interventions, ensuring immediate escalation if necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient records and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (or foreign equivalent with state eligibility).
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for US Visa sponsorship (H1B2, J1, O1) or hold a valid Green Card.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required; CEN preferred.
- Language: Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) for effective patient care and documentation.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and critical thinking.
