Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and adjust care plans to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care support as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment to prevent infections and ensure safety.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California or eligibility for licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients and families.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- English proficiency required for visa application and clinical communication.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
