Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute/critical care units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and care coordination
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required); MSN preferred
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Successful NCLEX-RN pass
- Documentation of clean criminal background check
