Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing education from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- Valid BLS certification with willingness to obtain ACLS if required
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, J1, or other applicable categories)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity
