Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses per clinical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Adhere to JCAHO, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent (ACEN/CCNE accredited)
- Active RN license in good standing or eligible for Arizona licensure
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required for international candidates)
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
