Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through telehealth platforms and in-person visits as required
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with attention to detail
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain via endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant specialty
- Strong proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic medical records
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
