Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care using advanced medical equipment and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document assessments accurately in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure proper equipment sterilization and maintenance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for advanced roles)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Eligible for TN visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathways)
