Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records using electronic health systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Foreign-educated nursing degree (BSN/Diploma)
- Valid nursing license in home country
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEFL 100+)
- Pass criminal background check
- Commitment to 24-month employment contract
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to obtain Ohio nursing license post-training
- Willingness to relocate to Toledo, OH
