Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings following evidence-based protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans and preventive care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent with active nursing license
- IELTS score ≥6.5 or TOEFL ≥90 (for non-native English speakers)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Commitment to complete our 12-week paid training program
