Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or TN)
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
